This is a super easy and quick meal for our busy Sundays! In fact, we have it every Sunday.
Spaghetti:
Turn Instant Pot to sauté mode and brown and season ground beef.
Turn Instant Pot OFF.
Dump noodles (I use 16 oz of Rotini pasta because it's easier for children to eat than spaghetti noodles) on top of ground beef.
Pour about 1 Tablespoon of oil on top of noodles.
Pour one jar (I use 24oz) of you favorite spaghetti sauce on top of noodles. (We use Great Value veggie sauce..it's seriously the best!) ***Don't mix the ingredients!!****
Add enough water to Instant Pot to cover noodles (I use the spaghetti sauce jar and fill it up with water. That is always enough.)
Close lid and make sure it is on sealed, not on venting. Push the manual button and make sure it is on High pressure. Set to 10 minutes. Quick release.
While the spaghetti is cooking, I make the garlic bread:
Get 1 loaf of bakery bread and cut in half long ways. Generously butter both sides and sprinkle with garlic powder. Place pieces back together and place in a 350 degree oven until butter is melted. I put it in for 5 minutes and once the oven beeps, I turn it off and let it sit in there until the spaghetti is done.
We serve with corn and peaches.
Happy Eating!
