Use the sauté feature on your Instant Pot to brown the ground beef or italian sausage. I usually do 1 pound of meat.
Pour 12 oz of noodles over the meat and cover with 2 cups of beef broth and 28oz of spaghetti sauce.
Secure lid and pressure cook on high for 4 minutes. Quick release.
Let pasta sit for a couple of minutes before stirring in 1 cup of cottage cheese and 1 cup of mozzarella.
