Roast with Carrots and Potatoes


This is the simplest yet most delicious roast you will ever eat! 

Put your roast in your crockpot (or in a pan if you are doing it in the oven). Liberally sprinkle your roast with seasoned salt (salt(60%), pepper(15%), garlic powder(10%), onion powder(10%), and paprika(5%)). Pour about a cup of water on the side of the roast. On top of roast put 1 cut up onion, any amount of pealed and cut up potatoes, and any amount of carrots. Cover and cook on high for at least 8 hours. If you are doing it in the oven, very tightly cover your pan with foil making sure no air can escape. Put in a 270 degree oven all day.

The meat will fall off of your fork and melt in your mouth!
