Whatever you call them, these things are so yummy!
I bake mine in a 9x13 pan and when it first comes out of the oven the sides are raised so high. It's always fun for the children to see. Unfortunately, I didn't get a picture of the pan when it came out of the oven. I will next time!
To start, get a 9x13 or two pie pans and put in a half stick of butter (or 1/4 in each pie pan) and put in a 425 degree oven.
While that is melting in the oven, in a blender (I always just use my kitchen aid with the whisk attachment) put in:
6 eggs
1 cup of flour
1 cup of milk
1 teaspoon of salt
Once blended and once the butter in your pan is melted, pull the pan out and pour your batter into the pan with the melted butter. Bake in oven for 15 minutes.
We served ours with strawberries, raspberries, sausage, my buttermilk syrup, and whipped cream. It was so good!

I love the whipped cream idea! Looks perfectly delicious!
